  Good to Know
  
• Per kg serves 10-12 members

  Delivery
  
• We deliver via cake dedicated cabs.
• Cakes are handled and delivered with care.
• We have slot deliveries and delivery shall arrive anytime between the slot.
• If the came comes early and hotel has refrigeration provision you can keep cake it in the fridge. If not, you can keep it outside in a/c room temperature. Our cakes can be kept for 7-8 hours outside on a/c temperature.
• We request you to please arrange for pick ups if you want specific timings, our location is right next to Vadapalani metro station. For pick ups - Air-conditioned four wheelers are recommended.
• Alternatively, you can share your house address we can make the delivery there and you can take the cake along with you to the venue.
  
  Payments
  
• You can pay using the payment modes - UPI, Debit or Credit Cards with EMI options during checkout or alternatively, you can make a advance date blocking fee payment
• Block with an advance date blocking fee of Rs.1500 now and remaining 5 days prior to event date. This is only for customers booking well in prior.
• Customers booking within 1 week of event can complete their full payment using the website check-out process.
  
  Process to make a date blocking advance:
• Step 1: Please add the product to the cart and check your total amount and take screenshot of the checkout page, order details and WhatsApp us using the chat icon with the total and order details.
• Step 2: Please share screenshot of your checkout page, order details to our WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp button on the below right of the screen.
• Step 3: Our team will share the respective payment link or payment mode to complete your advance date blocking fee of Rs.1500.
